Begin your journey on the first leg of the West Highland Line as you travel towards the charming coastal town of Oban. Your train will then arrive in Fort William, known as the outdoor capital of the UK, where adventure awaits at every turn. Weather permitting, you may catch a glimpse of Ben Nevis—the highest peak in the UK—towering majestically at 4,409 feet above the town.

Upon arrival, take time to settle into your accommodation and explore the city at your leisure, perhaps starting with a walk along the River Ness or visiting some of Inverness’s historic sites.
